An IT Hardware Engineering workshop at a Government college in Bangalore empowered 60 rural students—40 girls and 20 boys—with hands-on technical skills and IT career guidance. Focused on digital literacy and gender inclusion, the initiative inspired confidence and ambition, especially among female students. The college hailed the program for fostering practical learning and promoting equitable access to tech careers.
