Refund and Cancellation

Our focus is to make the result in social cause and value created by the sponsored fund. Each and every program is defined with specific goal, measurable progress as well as output, analysis of various risks and various control checks on overall program before we kick start it. Sponsors are involved during initial stage where sponsor can access to overall plan, provision to discuss with project team on various details before making any decision on sponsorship. In the event, if the sponsor is displeased with the program executed, we will refund back the money which is not spent on the program after the administrative charges, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation with project team and social team who is getting benefits. Please read the program plan and consult with project team before sponsoring it, it provides all the details about the resources, cost and schedule before making sponsoring decision.

We strictly follow the Governement Income tax rules, policies and apply guildelines during this change.

In case of dissatisfaction on our kick-started program, clients have the liberty to cancel their upcoming sponsorship and request a refund from us on the unused money. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please write to us influencer@bestpeoplefoundation.org with project code and details of cancellation

Requests received later than 30 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our sponsors.

In case any sponsor is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of sponsor after deducting administrative charges based on the overall project expenses made and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
