Program Overview
Joining with local team, volunteers from NXP and Best People Foundation committed to enhancing educational opportunities and technological awareness among students in rural areas.
In Government schools located in Arehalli and Koonamuddnahalli in the interior village of Billagumba, there was an initiative to provide access to computers for over 70 students.
There were efforts to set up the computer lab to bring digital literacy and small motivations to students to encourage them to perform better. The program also included introducing microbit and raising awareness on careers in electronics.

The program successfully established a fully functional computer lab in the rural schools of Billagumba, providing essential digital infrastructure. Students were introduced to basic computer skills and microbit programming, opening new avenues for technological learning. The initiative also fostered stronger community engagement and teacher involvement in digital education.
